Q: How long will it take for my gift to ship?
A: Sarai Gifts typically ship within 1-3 business days. If you require an expedited order reach out to us and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.
Q: How does shipping work?
A: All gifts are shipped from Québec. We offer shipping through Canada Post, Purolator and UPS, various options are available at checkout, shipments within Canada arrive within 5 business days.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: All sales are final and non-refundable. At Sarai Gifts we pride ourselves of customer satisfaction, if a gift box arrives and you are not satisfied please notify us within 48 hours and we will do everything we can to rectify the situation.
Q: Do gifts arrive as shown?
A: Sarai Gifts has made every effort to display images as accurately as possible. We have also put detailed descriptions to ensure the client gets the right idea of the products included ensuring no disappointment.
Q: Do you have an order minimum?
A: Yes we have a minimum order for our Custom Gift Design Service, feel free to contact us for more information.
We do not have a minimum order for pre-curated gift boxes.
Q: How much notice do you require for corporate orders?
A: Typically, we would like a 4 week notice, however reach out to us and we will try our best to accommodate your request. If you would simply like to customize a gift box we could do it in a shorter notice. The main determining factor would be the level of customization.
