Our lead time is 1-3 day for production of your order plus transit time depending on the carrier. If there is a rush or timeline pressure, please message and we will try to ensure to make your order a top priority and get it out as soon as possible.

If your gift is time sensitive, please contact us and we will try to ensure that we can accommodate your request.We do not issue refunds, offer discounts, or accept returns for gifts that experience transit delays as these delays are unfortunately completely out of our control.
